Employee engagement as part of a major transformation project for a multi-national pharmaceutical company

Astellas is a Japanese, multi-national pharmaceutical company, dedicated to innovating and providing reliable products that turn science into value for patients.  I worked with Accenture to support the Operational Excellence community of Astellas, helping them build strong partnerships with other functions.  The work involved interviews with team members across countries, collation of data and the design and delivery of an online workshop.

World class experience, personal application

Tash helped with a major transformation project working across Europe. Tash took the initiative to truly understand the needs of the audience, spending time with key individuals. She then created tailored content that the team could translate into their daily working lives. The total audience for the project was over 100 with the majority having English as a second language yet Tash managed to connect with them on a very personal level and to give them concrete takeaways that they can use immediately.
