SCOPE is a Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals company with locations in Ireland, UK and USA. Its portfolio includes innovative ophthalmic products through to multivitamins and probiotics!

I work with key managers, particularly those new to more senior positions. Through a mix of mentoring, coaching and guidance, I work them to get clear on their functional strategy, optimise engagement with their teams and other stakeholders and help with personal goals also.
