Individual mentoring of key manager and team building through comedy improv

The Culture Club work with well-known blue chip companies to build their culture through better employee engagement, experience and communication.

After providing ongoing mentoring and coaching to one of their staff, I was invited in to run a workshop that would help the team to have fun and communicate more effectively with each other. After interviewing each member and distilling the key themes I turned this into a bespoke comedy improv session.
